Είναι περιττό να πούμε πως οι Rage against the machine είναι από τους πιο πολιτικοποιημένους καλλιτέχνες στη μουσική και τα τραγούδια τους είναι τα πρώτα που έρχονται στο μυαλό όσων σκέφτονται τα soundtrack των επαναστάσεων. Kι εννοείται είναι από τα συγκροτήματα που θέλουν πάρα πολλοί να ξανάρθουν στην Ελλάδα και να γίνει η συναυλί ατους κανονικά χωρίς να διακοπεί λόγω επεισοδίων.

Σε αντίθεση με τον Τζέι -Ζ (Jay -Z) που τύπωσε εναλλακτικά t- shirts με τον τίτλο Occupy All streets και τ’ απέσυρε μετά από λίγες μέρες, ο frontman των Rage against the machine, Zack de la Rocha έγραψε ένα ποίημα για το κίνημα Occupy Wall Street και το δημοσίευσε. Διαβάστε το παρακάτω:
